Our Before/After School Care

Funzone Out of School Club was set up in 1998 when Mandy Lawler was approached to run a wrap around service at Walkwood Middle School. We now run at Tardebigge First, Holyoakes First and Feckenham Primary Schools as well as at Windmill Community Centre caring for children from the Vaynor First and Walkwood Middle Schools.

Funzone care for children before school (from 7:45am) and after school (until 6pm) during school term time, and all day during school holidays (7:30am until 6pm) at Holyoakes First School.

At both our morning and after school sessions our children are offered a light snack such as toast, fruit, crumpets or cereal. A range of play activities are provided every night and trips and special events are held during school holidays weeks. We encourage children to play when they are with us, they have so much structure in their lives during their time at school. Our staff are trained in playwork, but they are all also first aid trained, just in case of any mishaps.

We are Ofsted registered and accept tax free childcare and childcare voucher payments, as well as payments via bank transfer. Our inspection reports are available on the Ofsted website by searching for Funzone Ltd.
